My supplier cannot deliver the cargo to your warehouse, do you provide a pickup service?

Yes, we can schedule to have your cargo picked up anywhere in the USA. Pickups from residential areas are limited to Florida area.

Can you ship cars, motorcycles, trucks, etc?

Yes. These types of cargo require validation with U.S. Customs and needs to sit at the port for 72 hours before shipping. Please contact a representative for further details.

How can I pay for the shipment?

The shipment can be sent PREPAID (freight charges paid for before the shipment sets sail) or it can be sent COLLECT (freight charges will be collected at the end of the journey)

Do you provide packaging or crating?

Yes. We have various size boxes to accommodate all your shipping needs at an additional cost. Crating can also be done, we will need to schedule an appointment to measure the cargo and provide you with a quote.

My cargo will be hazardous, can you ship out this type of cargo?

Yes. We can ship out most hazardous cargo. Please ensure that the supplier forwards the MSDS sheets and IMO documentation with the cargo so that we can efficiently complete the freight forwarding transaction.

Do you ship out of U.S. ports other than Port Everglades and Port of Miami?

Yes. Only full container loads can be shipped out from other ports in the U.S. Depending on the location of the supplier, we will determine the most economical plan of action to move the shipment.

My supplier has a full trailer load of cargo to be delivered. What needs to be done to get this to us?

You will need to have your supplier contact us to schedule an appointment before making the delivery to our warehouse.

What is an EEI and is it necessary to file one for my shipment?

EEI stands for Electronic Export Information. As of July 2nd, 2008, the U.S. Census Bureau mandates that any individual commodity totaling over $2500.00 must be reported and an ITN# issued and displayed on the export documentation of that shipment. NOTE: Shipments requiring an EEI to be filed must submit the ITN# (proof of EEI filing) 24 hrs before vessel sailing.

I have multiple shipments coming from different suppliers. Can I store my cargo in your warehouse until everything arrives and then consolidate into one shipment?

Yes. We can facilitate your need to consolidate your shipment of multiple suppliers. We believe in maximizing your shipping capabilities and moving cargo in the most economical way for you.

How can I start shipping with you?

It is easy to start shipping with us. You can contact us via phone or email to setup an account with one of our friendly representatives as soon as possible. When making purchases from your supplier, have them ship the cargo to our warehouse ENSURING that they include your consignee name in the shipment. This will help make the receiving of your cargo as efficient as possible. We will then contact you when the cargo arrives and await your instructions whether to hold the shipment or ship it (AIR/OCEAN) on the next available opportunity.
